bday
yay im back
jus finished celebrating my week long bday. haha. yea cuz a day is jus not enuff. when u really think about it, ur nver gona be 21 again. hence the hard partying. bday wus really last tuesday, bittersweet cuz mum had her operation on the same day. it wusnt proper to celebrate, so we all stayed with her n family. everything went well, and shes doing so much better. by far the best present one could have.
friday.. i had a dinner party at cactus club with a bunch of friends. it wus really nice, except that we had to wait for an hour or so to be seated. damn these places that dont take reservations!! wuts nice wus there are lots of 'old' friends that came, who i havent seen for ages like ariel and his fiance nica (aaawww), claudia and her gorgeous hubby, claude (who we tried to set up with audrey, and failed miserably) dave, and chris' boyfriend (hes the hotness, i luv my gay friends).
we then had our after party at the whiskey. yea, i wouldnt be newhere else on friday nights but at the whiskey. :D
saturday.. had some sweet shopping done. yay. i think i did pretty good. well except for the lil bleep. i went to pick up this season's black chanel nail vernis, but instead i ended up with this clear nail polish. gahhh im such a knob.
sunday.. went to see gary v. yayyy. i have never been to a filipino concert, so really didnt kno wut to expect. my tita got us some tickets as a bday present, so nice of her. and we had awsome front row seats!! u can literally smell the sweat. hah jk and eew. and yea hands down to gary v. cuz, that man rocked everyone's socks. and talk about energy, i dont kno how he does it. yea ate carol and i r so infatuated, we're such geeks i kno. btw, i have never seen that many filipino people in my life. well i had a great time, and hope to see more of him.
monday.. am.. had lunch with michelle and her friend, ANNE, and audrey at downtown.
pm.. went to see adventures of mimi. woooohooooooooooooooooo. yea im still suffering from concert withdrawal. i had a BLAST, literelly. busta rhymes opened for her, and he wus great, off the hook..off the chain...wutever or however u wana call it. but well mariah, i expected nothing less. i wus hesitant to see her cuz i thought she became too hyped up. but man, it wus worth every single penny of that 110bux i spent. well it wus nice that she brought back some of the old school stuff that i luv.. ie fantasy, hero. apart from that, she looked tight, (again) literelly. she wus like in her underwears, and she still looked great, and hats off, for having the guts to do so infront of a huge crowd. oooh and nice louboutins.
im hung over.. im still sore from all the screaming and dancing, i think i need a week off to recover. my ears deaf and my brain hurting. really.
well, this week, its afsheen's bday, so yea...
