i mean, cmon how can u not luve the guy. 2 of my luves, tennis n fashion. double whammmmy. i can not take this nemore!! i wus presently suprised today, considering that its 911 and theres nothing on tv but tributes, non stop. went to the fashion channel n look wut i found, federer n galpal mirka at oscar's spring 07 show. id pay to be a new yorker right now. and yea in case ur wondering thats THE anna/ana wintour, next to him, apparently both her n oscar r huge tennis/federer fans. so vogue!! haha. so i had to go to style.com to watch the show again. i didnt even catch the part when the model came out with flowers n gave them to feds when she did her pass. *dreamy*.
speaking of oscar, i found some sale treasures, like the lingerie that wus on sale, used to be like 75$ and got them for a fraction of the price, lemme say under 20$!! thanks to audrey. yea we went downtown for our 'follow up' shopping with noorin. soooo much fun fun fun. n i did good. got myself red bcbg pumps (might upload a photo soon), undies from oscar de la renta, kate spade leather card holder in burnt gold, ruby key ring from the holt renfrew line, new hosieries from banana republic and best of all i found a nice lil present for dad at holt.. a black french rimbaud belt from fullum and holt. its equally handsome as the counter manager who boxed and wrapped it. :D *again, dreamy*. i had to go back cuz i picked out the wrong size, by then i wusnt only gawking, i wus drooling. hah jk jk.
we went to have lunch with michelle too, and angee came to join us at metro grill. it wus nice to see metro at daylight, hussled but still inviting. as opposed to the crowded n trendy after hours(with porsches n escalades n luxury cars as permanent fixtures by its windows). will be coming back for power lunches with the gurls.
well back to reality..and back to work, at least tomorrow. i can not wait for the next weekend.
