lest i forget

i got a day off (yay for me) which i cleverly spent, in bed. the perfect day off. so im happy. ooh and Bank of Montreal called, made me so much happier. not quite, now im stressing out, cuz i still have to pick out an outfit. but yea i dont want to say much, for now, cuz as u kno i dont want to jinx nething - jus to be on the safe side ya kno.

we had visitors for supper tonight. some folks from church. they were here to pray with my mom, cuz shes to undergo a small operation. they need to take her gullstones(sp?) out. i made some quesadillas - my current fixation, i can eat them for days. they liked our new house, so im sure my moms all happy n proud. they said it looks like a showhome :D.

i read one of my highschool friend's blog. and it wus hella funny. and it made me think of the good ol' days. good times. we were jus a bunch of kids, u kno. gosh, its been yearss, 5 i think. im pretty sure theyve changed since then. i kno i have. im still hoping that one day we'll all get together, thatll be really nice. i miss them.

ok, now i shd get back to studying. i have finance tomorrow. i secretly like this course and our prof, bell. i hate to admit it, but hes really good. hes still the biggest arse tho, lest we forget.

finals.. rite

wow its been a month. i mustve been busy. rite.

its been a short day but exhausting, for some reason. accounting wus alright, hard, as i expected it to be. my cheat sheet helped a bit. we were allowed to take an entire page of notes, nice eh? (my mom cant believe it) idk wut came to lisa, but i thought that wus nice of her, mind u that shes a btch most of the time.

i went to old navy. yes i admit i went to old navy. my first old navy purchase - a bermuda short in dusty blue, empire waisted tank in teal and a distressed polo shirt. paid 65 bux, great deal eh? cant wait to wear the polo, im gona wear itwith my other bermuda short (in black maybe), some bangles and layered necklace and ooh some gladiator sandals tomorrow.

and yes im saving. or shd i say "trying" to save. ive never been successful with this whole savings, holding out, budgeting thing. meh. the irony is im a banker, and im taking financial planning. haha, like a chain smoking doctor. but im determined this time. i cant go to new york for my planned US Open trip (long story), so i have to settle for toronto's masters series. see, i like planning all these trips, but i find it hard to carry them out. but this time, im meaning it. IM GOING TO GO and noones gona stop me hah. well my mom has laready agreed to pay for the plane tickets so all i have to take care of is the session ticket/s - which will prolly cost me 600, tops, oh and hotel - but im thinking of stayin over at my friend's place, (Sahar) yea i shd be smart and jus stay over, plus i miss her, i really do. lol.

alright alright, hafta go back to my 'studying'. one more week and my misery's over with. and i cant truly wait.
